生物反馈电刺激治疗仪在产妇产后康复中的应用效果 被引量:1

The Clinical Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation Therapeutic Instrument in Postpartum Rehabilitation of Parturient

摘要 目的:探究生物反馈电刺激治疗仪用于产妇产后康复中的临床效果。方法:选择2019年7月~2020年6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院沈阳雍森医院分娩的126例产妇为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,每组63例,对照组产妇接受常规产科护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用生物反馈电刺激治疗仪。对比两组干预后的盆底肌肉肌力恢复情况、盆底功能障碍性疾病发生情况、生活质量评分、盆底肌力评分、盆底功能(漏尿次数、漏尿量)、临床数据(夜尿频次、阴道肌电压值)。结果:观察组的盆底肌肉肌力恢复率高于对照组,观察组的盆底功能障碍性疾病发生率低于对照组,观察组的GQOLI74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇在产后康复过程中应用生物反馈电刺激治疗仪的临床效果显著,能有效促进产妇盆底肌肉肌力的恢复,降低盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生,有利于预后。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation therapeutic instrument(BESTI)in postpartum rehabilitation of puerpera.Methods:A total of 126 parturient women who delivered in Shenyang Yongsen Hospital of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group(63 cases in each group).The control group received routine obstetric nursing intervention,and the observation group received BESTI on the basis of the control group.The recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction and quality of life score after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction disease in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the GQOLI74 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of BESTI in postpartum rehabilitation is significant,which can effectively promote the recovery of maternal pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases,and is conducive to the prognosis.
