精细化管理在手术室腔镜设备器械管理中应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Fine Management in the Management of Endoscope Equipment in Operating Room

目的:评价精细化管理在手术室腔镜设备器械管理中的应用效果。方法:收集2018年4月~2019年12月来本院手术室接受腔镜手术治疗的患者为对照组,收集2020年1月~2021年7月来本院手术室接受腔镜手术治疗的患者为观察组,每组各60例,分别对使用的腔镜设备采取常规管理(对照组)和精细化管理(观察组),比较两组器械使用情况、管理质量评分以及器械不良情况。结果:观察组腔镜器械使用的准备差错率、清洗消毒合格率和器械完好率明显优于对照组,统计结果P<0.05;观察组患者对无菌操作、物品管理、操作流程和健康教育的管理质量评分显著比对照组高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;两组器械不良情况比较,观察组的手术器械不良情况发生率略低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:手术室腔镜设备器械管理中实施精细化管理不仅能降低手术室治疗风险,减少器械不安全使用情况,还有助于提高临床管理水平。

Objective:To evaluate the application effect of refined management in the management of endoscopic equipment in the operating room.Methods:Collected patients who came to our hospital’s operating room for laparoscopic surgery from April 2018 to December 2019 as the control group,and collected patients who came to our hospital’s operating room for laparoscopic surgery from January 2020 to July 2021 for the observation group,60 cases were counted in each group.Routine management(control group)and refined management(observation group)were adopted for the endoscopic equipment used.The two groups were statistically compared with the use of equipment,management quality scores,and equipment defects.Results:The preparation error rate,the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,and the instrument integrity rate of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the statistical result was P<0.05;The management quality scores of patients in the observation group on aseptic operation,article management,operating procedures and health education were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparing the two groups of poor equipment,the incidence of poor surgical equipment in the observation group was slightly lower than that of the control group,and the statistical difference was significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:The implementation of refined management in the management of endoscopic equipment in the operating room can not only reduce the risk of treatment in the operating room and reduce the unsafe use of equipment,but also help improve the level of clinical management.
