摘要
目的:探究优化流程在小儿骨科外来手术器械和置入物规范化管理中的应用。方法:以2018年9月~2020年9月本院小儿骨科接收的104包外来器械为优化流程管理为例。52包为常规组,52包为优化组。观察器械清洗、损耗,提升放行指标,管理前后置入物规范化管理水平等情况。结果:(1)优化组清洗合格率、损耗率、提前放行数据为51(98.08%)、1(1.92%)、50(96.15%)高于常规组的45(86.54%)、5(9.62%)、44(84.62%),优化组的损耗上与常规组差异不大(P>0.05),外来器械清洗情况,提前放行情况好于常规组(P<0.05);(2)优化组包装管理、回收管理、服务管理、发放管理、安全性管理、防范风险管理评分为(10.85±1.00)、(9.91±1.02)、(9.65±0.91)、(9.85±1.01)、(9.28±0.92)、(9.52±0.06)均好于常规组的(7.34±0.81)、(7.62±0.91)、(6.03±0.45)、(6.52±0.41)、(6.15±0.43)、(6.76±0.62),数据间存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)优化组对于器械安全识别能力、手术配合能力、风险防控能力数据分别为(9.44±0.10)、(9.32±0.35)、(9.44±0.21),常规组分别为(6.21±1.22)、(6.00±1.21)、(6.67±0.25),数据间存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿骨科外来手术器械和置入物实施优化流程管理,可提升消毒供应中心器械清洗水平,提升手术器械使用安全性。
Objective:To explore the application of optimized procedures in the standardized management of foreign surgical instruments and implants in pediatric orthopedics.Methods:Take 104 packs of foreign instruments received by the Department of Pediatric Orthopedics in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 as an example to optimize the process management.52 packs are the regular group,and 52 packs are the optimized group.Observe equipment cleaning,wastage,improve release indicators,standardized management level of implants before and after management,etc.Results:①The cleaning qualification rate,wastage rate,and early release data of the optimized group were 51(98.08%),1(1.92%),50(96.15%)higher than the conventional group 45(86.54%),5(9.62%),44(84.62%),optimized The loss of the group was not much different from that of the conventional group(P>0.05).The cleaning and early release of foreign equipment was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);②Optimizing group packaging management,recycling management,service management,distribution management,The safety management and risk prevention management scores are(10.85±1.00),(9.91±1.02),(9.65±0.91),(9.85±1.01),(9.28±0.92),(9.52±0.06)are better than the conventional group(7.34±0.81),(7.62±0.91),(6.03±0.45),(6.52±0.41),(6.15±0.43),(6.76±0.62)data are statistically significant(P<0.05).③The optimization group has data on device safety recognition ability,surgical cooperation ability,and risk prevention and control ability(9.44±0.10),(9.32±0.35),(9.44±0.21),and the conventional group(6.21±1.22),(6.00±1.21),(6.67±0.25)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of optimized process management of foreign surgical instruments and implants in pediatric orthopedics can improve the cleaning level of instruments in the disinfection supply center and improve the safety of surgical instruments.
