Microbiological experiment is one of the core courses for bioengineering majors,and the teaching is crucial to cultivating students'innovative and practical abilities.This paper analyzes the background of the teaching reform of the microbiological experiment course.This paper also expounds specific reform measures in curriculum objectives,teaching content,teaching methods,and assessment methods in order to cultivate students'innovation and practical abilities,achieve long-term reform of practical courses in bioengineering,and provide reference for the teaching reform of relevant professional courses.
