miR-125a-3p、IGF-2在NSCLC患者血浆中的表达水平及检验

摘要 目的研究miR-125a-3p、胰岛素样生长因子-2(IGF-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血浆中的表达水平及意义。方法将医院从2018年2月至2021年3月收治的114例NSCLC患者纳入研究,记作研究组。另取同期健康体检者100例作为对照组。分别检测并比较两组人员血浆miR-125a-3p、IGF-2表达水平,并分析血浆miR-125a-3p、IGF-2表达水平和NSCLC患者临床病理特征的关系。此外,将NSCLC患者按照预后的差异分作死亡组51例及存活组63例,对比两组血浆miR-125a-3p、IGF-2表达水平。结果研究组血浆miR-125a-3p相对表达水平为(0.81±0.24),低于对照组的(1.28±0.33),而IGF-2相对表达水平为(987.45±67.12),高于对照组的(781.02±55.03),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。TNM分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期以及有淋巴结转移NSCLC患者的血浆miR-125a-3p相对表达量均低于TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期以及无淋巴结转移NSCLC患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移NSCLC患者的血浆IGF-2血浆IGF-2高于无淋巴结转移NSCLC患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。死亡组NSCLC患者血浆中miR-125a-3p相对表达量低于存活组,而IGF-2相对表达量高于存活组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论NSCLC患者血浆miR-125a-3p存在异常低表达,而IGF-2存在异常高表达,两者均和NSCLC患者淋巴结转移以及预后密切相关,且血浆miR-125a-3p表达和NSCLC患者TNM分期有关。 Objective To study the expression and significance of MiR-125A-3p and insulin-like growth factor-2(IGF-2)in plasma of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 114 NSCLC patients admitted to Baoding second central hospital from february 2018 to march 2021 were enrolled as study group.Another 100 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The expression levels of plasma MiR-125A-3p and IGF-2 in the two groups were detected and compared,and the relationship between the expression levels of plasma MiR-125A-3p and IGF-2 and the clinicopathological characteristics of NSCLC patients was analyzed.In addition,NSCLC patients were divided into the death group(n=51)and the survival group(n=63)according to the difference in prognosis,and the expression levels of MiR-125A-3p and IGF-2 in plasma were compared between the two groups.Results The relative expression level of MiR-125A-3p in the study group was(0.81±0.24)lower than that in the control group(1.28±0.33),while the relative expression level of IGF-2 was(987.45±67.12)higher than that in the control group(781.02±55.03),the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The relative expression level of plasma MiR-125A-3p in NSCLC patients with TNM stageⅢtoⅣand lymph node metastasis was lower than that in NSCLC patients with TNM stageⅠtoⅡand without lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Plasma IGF-2 in NSCLC patients with lymph node metastasis was higher than that in NSCLC patients without lymph node metastasis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The relative expression level of MiR-125A-3p in plasma of NSCLC patients in the death group was lower than that in the survival group,while the relative expression level of IGF-2 was higher than that in the survival group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion NSCLC patients have abnormally low expression of miR-125a-3p in plasma,while IGF-2 has abnormally high expression.Both are closely related to lymph node metastasis and prognosis in NSCLC patients,and the expression of miR-125a-3p in plasma is related to TNM staging in NSCLC patients.
