个体化临床干预对宫颈癌患者术后治疗依从性、负性情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of individualized clinical intervention on postoperative treatment compliance,negative emotion and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer

目的探讨宫颈癌手术患者应用个体化护理干预措施改善治疗依从性、负性情绪、生活质量的实际作用。方法选择2018年1月至2022年2月在本院进行手术治疗的102例宫颈癌患者作为观察对象,运用数字随机表法设为常规组(常规干预)、研究组(个体化临床干预),各51例。结果研究组治疗依从性、生活质量明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组负性情绪评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贯彻落实个体化临床干预措施,能够进一步提高宫颈癌手术患者治疗依从性,缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the practical effect of individualized nursing intervention on improving treatment compliance,negative emotion and quality of life in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery.Methods One hundred and two patients with cervical cancer who underwent surgical treatment in Affiliated Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital of Fudan University from January 2018 to February 2022 were observed.They were divided into routine group(routine intervention)and study group(individualized clinical intervention),with 51 cases in each group.Results The treatment compliance and quality of life in the study group were significantly higher than those in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of individualized clinical intervention measures can further improve the treatment compliance of patients with cervical cancer,alleviate their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
