摘要
本研究主要探究了稳态风压和动态风压对接触网腕臂装置带来的影响。文章基于UB NX软件设计了腕臂装置的正定位和反定位模型,探究了稳态风压下无接触悬挂风压、有接触悬挂风压对腕臂装置应力表现与位移表现的影响。结果表明,随着风速的增加,腕臂装置的应力和位移均出现增加趋势;动态风压下,腕臂装置的动态风响应与静态风响应接近。在接触悬挂受到垂直线路的风载荷时,腕臂装置模型的最大应力满足容许应力,可以维持接触网腕臂装置的结构稳定。
This research mainly explores the influence of steady wind pressure and dynamic wind pressure on the CATenary arm device.In this paper,UB NX software is used to design the forward positioning and reverse positioning models of the arm device,and the influence of non-contact suspension wind pressure and contact suspension wind pressure on the stress and displacement performance of the arm device under steady wind pressure is investigated.The results show that the stress and displacement of the arm device increase with the increase of wind speed.Under dynamic wind pressure,the dynamic wind response of the arm device is close to the static wind response.When the contact suspension is subjected to the wind load of the vertical line,the maximum stress of the wrist arm device model meets the allowable stress,which can maintain the structural stability of the wrist arm device of the contact line.
