摘要
水泥基渗透结晶型防水材料应用于混凝土工程,能够提高混凝土的密实度,改善混凝土性能。通过力学性能试验研究水泥基渗透结晶型防水剂Penetron Admix(PNC803)对不同龄期混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度的影响;通过快速氯离子迁移系数法(RCM法)测定该材料对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性能的影响;并采用扫描电镜观察混凝土微观形貌。研究认为PNC803可使混凝土的抗压强度提高约20%,劈裂抗拉强度提高约9%,抗折强度提高16%;混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能提高30%以上。
Cementitious capillary crystalline waterproof materials used in concrete engineering can improve the compactness and performance of concrete.This paper studies the effect of Penetron Admix waterproofing admixture(PNC803)on the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete at different ages through mechanical property test.The influence of the material on the chloride ion permeability of concrete was measured by rapid chloride ion migration coefficient method(RCM method).The micro morphology of concrete was observed by scanning electron microscope.Conclusion:PNC803 can increase the compressive strength of concrete by about 20%,the splitting tensile strength by about 9%and the flexural strength by 16%.The chloride penetration resistance of concrete is increased by more than 30%.
