聚羧酸减水剂的抗泥性研究概述

摘要 聚羧酸减水剂因具有高效、环保的特点优于木质素磺酸盐及氨基磺酸盐等减水剂。但砂石集料中存在的“泥”影响了聚羧酸减水剂性能的正常发挥,特别是蒙脱土对聚羧酸减水剂影响最大,造成聚羧酸减水剂在广泛应用时受到限制。概述了聚羧酸减水剂抗泥性的最新研究状况。 Polycarboxylate superplasticizer is superior to lignosulfonate and sulfamate due to its high efficiency and environmental protection.However,the existence of“mud”in sand aggregate affects the normal performance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,especially the montmorillonite,which has the greatest impact on the polycarboxylate superplasticizer,resulting in the limitation of its wide application.This paper summarizes the latest research status of the mud resistance of polycarboxylate superplasticizer,and puts forward the prospect of future research.
