摘要
为研究装配式隔墙在地铁车站中的工程应用。借助有限元分析软件ANSYS,分析整体式建模与分离式建模的对比及不同支承材料对装配式隔墙力学特性的影响,以期为装配式技术能在地铁应用的推广中提供一定的理论支撑,同时验证有限元软件在工程应用中的可能性。得出了以下结论:整体式建模相较于分离式建模多考虑了整体式的变形协调,其位移相较于分离式模型更符合工程实际,但两者位移相差不大;支承柱的材料越好产生的应力集中越强,故引起的隆起位移越大。
In order to study the engineering application of prefabricated partition wall in subway station.With the aid of finite element analysis software ANSYS,the comparison between integral modeling and separate modeling and the influence of different supporting materials on the mechanical properties of fabricated partition wall are analyzed,in order to provide some theoretical support for the promotion of fabricated technology in subway application,and verify the possibility of finite element software ANSYS in engineering application.The following conclusions are drawn:compared with the separated model,the integrated model considers more the deformation coordination of the integrated model,and its displacement is more consistent with the engineering practice than the separated model,but the displacement difference between the two models is not significant,the better the material of the supporting column is the stronger the stress concentration will be,so the displacement of the uplift will be larger.
