BIM技术在工程管理方向上的应用及未来发展趋势

Application and future development trend of BIMtechnology in engineering management

随着科技的进步,土木工程行业的智能化进程,各种各样的软件开始在土木工程行业发挥着举足轻重的作用,BIM作为一项全新的技术,不仅能够弥补建筑行业传统管理模式下的不足,而且能够提高工作的效能。BIM技术的在建筑管理中应用的范围十分广阔,在工程的决策、招投标、施工、结算等阶段都可以应用BIM技术。基于此,从三个方面工程管理、工程造价以及运用实例中论述了在当今工程中BIM技术所发挥的作用。

With the advancement of science and technology and the intelligent process of the civil engineering industry,various software have begun to play a pivotal role in the civil engineering industry.As a new technology,BIM can not only make up for the deficiencies in the traditional management mode of the construction industry,but also can improve the efficiency of work.The application scope of BIM technology in construction management is very broad,and BIM technology can be applied in the stages of project decision-making,bidding,construction,settlement,etc.Based on this,this paper discusses the role of BIM technology in today's engineering from three aspects of project management,project cost and application examples.
