PLINs基因对脂质的调控及其潜在的育种价值研究进展

摘要 周脂素蛋白家族(Perilipins,PLINs)有PLIN1、PLIN2、PLIN3、PLIN4和PLIN55种蛋白,该蛋白家族定位于脂滴(Lipid Droplets,LDs)表面,与其他分子相互作用介导脂质的合成与分解。PLIN1可调控脂肪的蓄积,也是脂肪细胞分化的标志物之一。PLIN2是脂质蓄积最重要的调节因子之一,可促进脂质合成,抑制LDs中主要脂质甘油三酯(Triglycerides,TG)和胆固醇酯(Cholesterol Ester,CE)的分解。PLIN3是中性脂质形成的关键基因。PLIN4参与脂肪细胞分化,还可修补脂滴形态的缺陷。PLIN5在LD积累与缓解脂毒性中起关键作用。本文综述了近年关于PLINs家族调控脂质的研究现状及其在畜禽上的应用,旨在阐述其在畜禽生物育种中的潜在育种价值。 The perilipin family of proteins(perilipins,PLINs)consists of five proteins,PLIN 1,PLIN 2,PLIN 3,PLIN 4 and PLIN 5.PLINs are localized on the surface of lipid droplets(LDs)and mediate the lipids synthesis and lipolysis by interacting with other molecules.As one of the markers of adipocyte differentiation,PLIN 1 has been found to regulate the accumulation of fat.PLIN 2 is one of the most important regulators of lipid accumulation,promoting lipid synthesis and inhibiting the decomposition of triglycerides(TG)and cholesterol esters(CE),which are the major lipids in LDs.PLIN 3 is a key gene for neutral lipid formation.PLIN 4 is involved in adipocyte differentiation and can also repair defects in lipid droplet morphology.PLIN 5 plays a crucial role in LD accumulation and mitigation of lipotoxicity.This paper reviews the current status of research on the regulation of lipids by the PLINs family and its application to livestock and poultry in recent years,aiming to illustrate its potential breeding value in livestock and poultry bio-breeding.
