摘要
有限元方法计算消声器传递损失时常常存在偏差,消声器内部流体流速、加工精度等因素都会使消声器实际传递损失与设计要求存在差异。实验方法是传递损失测试最简单、准确度最高的方法。采用两负载法,完成了大排量摩托车消声器的传递损失测试。
When calculating the transmission loss of muffler by finite element method,there is often a deviation.The actual transmission loss of muffler is different from the design requirements due to factors such as the flow rate of fluid inside the muffler and the machining accuracy.The experimental method is the simplest and most accurate method for the transmission loss test.Tests were carried out on muffler of large displacement motorcycles by using the Two-Load method.
