3月22日,国家能源局下发《加快油气勘探开发与新能源融合发展行动方案(2023—2025)》,提出统筹推进油气供应安全和绿色发展,明确将稳油增气和提升油气资源供给能力作为基础,将加快行业绿色低碳转型作为抓手,将加强油气勘探开发与新能源融合发展作为重要措施。
