摘要
目的 :观察湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)对豚鼠免疫功能的影响 ;方法 :用MTT比色法检测了MEBO对豚鼠血清白细胞介素 1含量及吞噬细胞吞噬功能和血清溶菌酶功能的影响。结果 :以上免疫学指标均有明显增强作用。与对照组相比 ,IL 1有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,其余两项有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :MEBO有明显提高豚鼠血清IL 1的含量和吞噬细胞吞噬功能及溶菌酶的非特导性免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of MEBO on the immunologic function of guinea pigs. Method: The Effect of MEBO on serum interlukin-1(IL-1) level, and the function of phagocytes and lysozyme. Results: As compared with the control group, IL-1 level raised significantly (P<0.05), the other 2 indexes raised very significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: MEBO strongly promoted the serum level of IL-1 and the function of phagocytes and lysozyme.
