急诊护理在机械通气治疗急性呼吸功能衰竭中的效果及对患者预后的影响

The effect of emergency nursing in the treatment of acute respiratory failure with mechanical ventilation and its influence on theprognosis of patients

目的探究急诊护理在机械通气治疗急性呼吸功能衰竭中的应用效果。方法选择中一东北国际医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的100例急性呼吸功能衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为2组,对照组患者行常规护理,观察组患者采用急诊护理进行干预,比较2组患者的生命体征以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者血氧饱和度、动脉血氧分压氧合指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者HR呼吸频率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上采用急诊护理干预急性呼吸功能衰竭患者,可有效改善生命体征,降低不良反应的发生率,值得借鉴。

ObjectiveeTo explore the effect of emergency nursing in the treatment of acute respiratory failure by mechanical ventilation and its influence on the prognosis of patients.Methods 100 patients with acute respiratory failure treated in our hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into two groups.The life indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results By comparing the life indexes of the two groups,in terms of blood oxygen saturation,the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of arterial oxygen partial pressure,the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of oxygenation index,the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of HR level,the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);In terms of respiratory rate,the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).By comparing the incidence of adverse events between the two groups,the incidence of patients in the observation group was 4.00%and that in the control group was 16.00%.The incidence of patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionnEmergency nursing intervention in patients with acute respiratory failure can effectively improve the life indicators of patients and reduce the incidence of adverse prescriptions.It is a more effective and safe nursing method.
