微信平台在门诊护生实习带教中的应用效果观察

Application effect of wechat platform in practice teaching of nursing students in outpatient department

目的 分析微信平台在门诊护生实习带教中的应用效果。方法 选择德阳市人民医院2020年4月—2021年4月实习门诊护生76名作为研究对象,按照入院顺序进行分组,其中参照组38名实习护生接受常规带教,研讨组38名实习护生辅以微信平台带教方式。对于2组实习护生的理论、实践、综合能力进行考核,评价其满意程度。结果 研讨组的实操、理论及综合能力考核成绩均高于参照组,研讨组对于护理实践、基础知识、沟通技巧、思维能力、学习兴趣、理论联系实际等6个方面的带教评价均高于参照组,研讨组的满意度为97.37%,高于参照组的76.32%(P<0.05)。结论 微信平台在门诊护生实习带教中能够起到良好的辅助教学作用,有利于医院整体服务质量的提升。

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of wechat platform in practice teaching of outpatient nursing students.Methods 76 clinical nursing students in our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research samples and randomly divided into groups according to the admission order.Among them,38 clinical nursing students in the reference group received conventional teaching methods,and 38 clinical nursing students in the discussion group were supplemented by wechat platform teaching methods.The theoretical,practical and comprehensive abilities of the two groups of clinical nursing students were assessed,their satisfaction was evaluated,and their application effects were analyzed.Results The assessment results of practice,theory and comprehensive ability of the study group were higher than those of the reference group.The teaching evaluation of the study group on nursing practice,basic knowledge,communication skills,thinking ability,learning interest,and integrating theory with practice were higher than those of the reference group.The satisfaction of the study group was 97.37%higher than that of the reference group 76.32%(P<0.05).The comparison between groups was statistically significant.ConclusionWechat platform can play a good auxiliary teaching role in the practice teaching of outpatient nursing students,which is conducive to the improvement of the overall service quality of the hospital and promote sustainable development.
