摘要
目的探讨超声检查在膝关节滑膜病变诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2020年9月至2022年6月我院收治的膝关节滑膜病变患者44例(56膝),纳入病例组;另选取同期于我院体检的健康者30例(30膝),纳入对照组。两组均行超声检查,比较两组的髌上囊滑膜厚度、髌前囊滑膜厚度、膝关节滑膜内血流信号分级以及膝关节腔内积液测量值。结果病例组的膝关节髌上囊滑膜厚度、髌前囊滑膜厚度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组的膝关节滑膜内血流信号分级显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。病例组的膝关节髌上囊、内侧滑囊、外侧滑囊积液测量值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声检查可有效显示膝关节滑膜厚度、关节腔内积液等病变特征,可作为临床诊断膝关节滑膜病变的有效手段。
Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of knee joint synovial lesions.Methods 44 patients(56 knees)with knee joint synovial lesions admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the case group.Another 30 healthy subjects(30 knees)who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Ultrasound examination was performed in both groups.The thicknesses of suprapatellar bursa synovium,the thickness of prepatellar bursa synovium,the blood flow signal classification of knee joint synovium and the measurement value of effusion in knee joint cavity were compared between the two groups.Results The thicknesses of suprapatellar bursa synovium and thickness of prepatellar bursa synovium of knee joint in the case group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The blood flow signal classification of knee joint synovium in the case group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The measurement values of effusion in suprapatellar bursa,medial bursa and lateral bursa effusion of knee joint in the case group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound examination can effectively show the lesion characteristics of synovial thickness and intra-articular effusion of knee joint,which can be used as an effective means for clinical diagnosis of knee joint synovial lesions.
