针刺联合美多芭对帕金森病合并吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及营养状况的影响

Impact of Acupuncture Combined with Madopar on Swallowing Function and Nutritional Status of Patients with Parkinson's Disease Complicated with Dysphagia

目的探讨针刺联合美多芭对帕金森病合并吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能及营养状况的影响。方法78例帕金森病合并吞咽障碍患者随机分为两组,对照组给予美多芭治疗,观察组给予针刺联合美多芭治疗,比较两组的吞咽功能、营养状况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组的GUSS评分以及ALB、Hb、TG水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组的GUSS评分以及ALB、Hb、TG水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺联合美多芭能够显著改善帕金森病合并吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能及营养状况,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the impact of acupuncture combined with Madopar on swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with dysphagia.Methods 78 patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with dysphagia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Madopar,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Madopar.The swallowing function,nutritional status and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the GUSS score and the levels of ALB,Hb and TG in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the GUSS score and the levels of ALB,Hb and TG in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Madopar can significantly improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with Parkinson's disease complicated with dysphagia,and has high safety.
