兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果及对患者炎性反应的影响

Clinical Effects of Lansoprazole and Omeprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer and Its Impact on Patients'Inflammatory Response

目的探讨兰索拉唑与奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的临床效果及对患者炎性反应的影响。方法选取我院2019年2月至2022年1月收治的120例PU患者,随机分为两组各60例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用兰索拉唑治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、炎性反应指标及不良反应。结果观察组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CRP、EGF、TGF-α水平均低于治疗前,且观察组的CRP、EGF、TGF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率为3.33%,低于对照组的13.33%(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑治疗PU的临床效果优于奥美拉唑,更利于减轻炎性反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of lansoprazole and omeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer(PU)and its impact on patients'inflammatory response.Methods 120 patients with PU admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to January 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with lansoprazole.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory response indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Afer treatment,the levels of CRP,EGF and TGF-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CRP,EGF and TGF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 13.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Lansoprazole has better clinical effect than omeprazole in the treatment of PU,which is more beneficial to relieve the inflammatory response.
