中药止痒酊联合地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhiyang Tincture Combined with Desonide Cream in the Treatment of Eczema

目的观察中药止痒酊联合地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹的效果。方法82例湿疹患者随机分为两组各41例,西药组应用地奈德乳膏治疗,联合组应用中药止痒酊联合地奈德乳膏治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、临床症状改善情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果联合组的总有效率为97.56%,高于西药组的82.93%(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的嗜酸性粒细胞计数、嗜酸性粒细胞比例、皮损面积及复发率均低于西药组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药止痒酊联合地奈德乳膏治疗湿疹的临床效果显著,可降低嗜酸性粒细胞数、皮损面积和复发率,安全性高。

Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhiyang Tincture combined with desonide cream in the treatment of eczema.Methods 82 patients with eczema were randomly divided into two groups,with 41 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with desonide cream,and the combined group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhiyang Tincture combined with desonide cream.The clinical efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 97.56%,higher than 82.93%of the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the eosinophil count,eosinophil ratio,skin lesion area and recurrence rate of the combined group were lower than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese Medicine Zhiyang Tincture combined with desonide cream in the treatment of eczema has significant effect and high safety,which can reduce the number of eosinophils,skin lesion area and recurrence rate.
