哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合布地奈德治疗慢阻肺急性加重患者的效果

EfTect of Piperacillin Tazobactam Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Patients with acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的观察哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合布地奈德治疗慢阻肺急性加重(AECOPD)患者的效果。方法180例AECOPD患者按照入组顺序分为两组,对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用布地奈德+哌拉西林他唑巴坦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能及炎性因子水平。结果观察组的总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的85.56%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均升高,且观察组的FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且观察组的CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合布地奈德治疗AECOPD可改善患者的肺功能,抑制炎性因子的释放。

Objective To observe the effect of piperacillin tazobactam combined with budesonide in the treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 180 patients with AECOPD were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group was treated with budesonide,and the observation group was treated with budesonide+piperacillin tazobactam.The therapeutic effect,lung function and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 85.56%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups increased,and FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups decreased,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αof the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Piperacillin tazobactam combined with budesonide in the treatment of AECOPD can improve the lung function of patients and inhibit the release of inflammatory factors.
