摘要
目的探讨赋权激励健康教育对慢性乙肝(CHB)患者自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年9月至2022年9月我院收治的85例CHB患者,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予赋权激励健康教育。比较两组的自我效能[一般自我效能量表(GSES)]及生活质量[慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)]。结果护理后,两组的GSES各维度评分、CLDQ各维度评分均显著高于护理前,且观察组的GSES各维度评分、CLDQ各维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论赋权激励健康教育可提高CHB患者的自我效能,改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the impact of empowerment incentive health education on self-efficacy and quality of life in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods 85 patients with CHB admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine health education,and the observation group received empowerment incentive health education on the basis of the control group.The self-efficacy[General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)]and quality of life[Chronic Liver Disease Questionnaire(CLDQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of GSES and CLDQ dimensions in both groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and the scores of GSES and CLDQ dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Empowerment incentive health education can improve the self-efficacy and quality of life of CHB patients.
