颈部肌群抗阻运动护理对射频消融术治疗颈椎病患者术后疼痛程度、颈椎功能的影响

Impact of Neck Muscle Resistance Exercise Nursing on Postoperative Pain Degree and Cervical Spine Function of Patients with Cervical Spondylosis Treated by Radiofrequency Ablation

目的探讨颈部肌群抗阻运动护理对射频消融术治疗颈椎病患者术后疼痛程度、颈椎功能的影响。方法90例颈椎病患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予颈部肌群抗阻运动护理,比较两组的疼痛程度、颈椎功能。结果观察组的术后颈椎VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的NDI评分低于对照组,主观症状、临床体征、适应能力评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈部肌群抗阻运动护理可改善颈椎病患者的术后疼痛程度,促进颈椎功能恢复。

Objective To explore the impact of neck muscle resistance exercise nursing on postoperative pain degree and cervical spine function of patients with cervical spondylosis treated by radiofrequency ablation.Methods 90 patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received neck muscle resistance exercise nursing on the basis of the control group.The pain degree and cervical spine function were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative cervical VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the NDI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the scores of subjective symptoms,clinical signs and adaptability were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Neck muscle resistance exercise nursing can improve the postoperative pain degree of patients with cervical spondylosis and promote the recovery of cervical spine function.
