摘要
目的探讨任务导向性训练结合渐进式核心肌群训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者跌倒效能及平衡能力的影响。方法110例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规康复护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予任务导向性训练结合渐进式核心肌群训练,比较两组的跌倒效能(MFES评分)及平衡能力(Brunel评分、Fugl-Meyer评分)。结果干预后,两组的MFES各维度评分及总分、Brunel评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均显著高于干预前,且观察组的MFES各维度评分及总分、Brunel评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论任务导向性训练结合渐进式核心肌群训练可有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的跌倒效能和平衡能力。
Objective To explore the impact of task-oriented training combined with progressive core muscle group training on fall efficacy and balance ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 110 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention,and the observation group received task-oriented training combined with progressive core muscle group training on the basis of the control group.The fall efficacy(MFES score)and balance ability(Brunel score and Fugl-Meyer score)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the dimension scores and total scores of MFES,Brunel scores and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the dimension scores and total score of MFES,Brunel score and Fugl-Meyer score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Task-oriented training combined with progressive core muscle group training can effectively improve the fall efficacy and balance ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
