脑梗死患者自我感受负担的影响因素分析

Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Self-Perceived Burden in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析脑梗死患者自我感受负担的相关影响因素。方法选取2019年2月至2022年3月我院收治的227例脑梗死患者,采用自我感受负担量表评估其负担感受,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析找出影响脑梗死患者自我感受负担的相关因素。结果脑梗死患者的自我感受负担评分为(37.66±6.08)分,处于中度负担水平。单因素分析和多元线性回归分析结果显示,神经功能缺损程度、疾病了解程度、自理能力、社会支持水平、自我效能感为脑梗死患者自我感受负担的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者自我感受负担处于中度负担水平,神经功能缺损程度、疾病了解程度、自理能力、社会支持水平、自我效能感均会影响脑梗死患者自我感受负担,临床可据此制定针对性干预措施,以减轻患者的自我感受负担,促进患者预后恢复。

Objective To analyze the related influencing factors of self-perceived burden in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 227 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to March 2022 were selected,and their burden feelings were evaluated by self-perceived burden scale.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to find out the related factors affecting the self-perceived burden of patients with cerebral infarction.Results The self-perceived burden score of patients with cerebral infarction was(37.66±6.08)points,which was at a moderate burden level.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis showed that the neurological deficit degree,disease understanding degree,self-care ability,social support level and self-efficacy were the influencing factors of self-perceived burden in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).Conclusions The self-perceived burden of patients with cerebral infarction is at a moderate burden level.The neurological deficit degree,disease understanding degree,self-care ability,social support level and self-efficacy will affect the self-perceived burden of patients with cerebral infarction.According to this,targeted interventions can be formulated to reduce the self-perceived burden of patients and promote the prognosis recovery of patients.
