摘要
目的:评价足部细微及隐匿性骨折诊断中应用多层螺旋CT的价值,为骨科诊断工作提供参考。方法:选择我院骨科2020年2-12月收治的80例足部细微及隐匿性骨折疾病患者,全部患者均进行多层螺旋CT检查、DR平片检查,比较足部细微及隐匿性骨折患者经不同方法诊断后的确诊率、漏诊率、可疑率以及骨折部位检出情况。结果:诊断结果方面,多层螺旋CT检查的确诊率为97.50%,明显高于DR平片(P<0.05)、漏诊率为1.25%以及可疑率为1.25%,均明显低于DR平片(P<0.05);骨折部位方面,DR平片检查无法明确判断患者的骨折部位、多处骨折。多层螺旋CT检查确诊的足部细微及隐匿性骨折患者中,跖骨骨折处较多,其余包括楔骨、距骨、舟骨、殷骨、跟骨处。结论:多层螺旋CT诊断可以有效的检出足部细微、隐匿性骨折情况,为骨科治疗工作提供有价值的参考依据。
Objective:To evaluate the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of subtle and occult fractures of the foot,and to provide reference for orthopedics diagnosis.Methods:a total of 80 patients with subtle and occult fractures of the foot admitted to the orthopedics department of our hospital from February to December 2020 were selected.All patients underwent multi-slice spiral CT and Dr plain film examination,which were reviewed and approved by the hospital ethics committee.The diagnostic rate,missed diagnosis rate,suspicious rate and fracture location of patients with subtle and occult foot fractures were compared.Results:in terms of diagnostic results,the diagnostic rate of multislice spiral CT was 97.50%significantly higher than that of Dr plain film(P<0.05),the missed diagnosis rate was 1.25%and the suspicious rate was 1.25%significantly lower than that of Dr plain film(P<0.05);In terms of fracture location,Dr plain film examination could not clearly judge the fracture location and multiple fractures of the patient.Among the patients with subtle and occult foot fractures diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT,there were many metatarsal fractures,and the rest included cuneiform bone,talus,navicular bone,cuboid bone and calcaneus.Conclusion:Multislice spiral CT can effectively detect subtle and occult fractures of the foot,and provide valuable reference for orthopedic treatment.
