摘要
目的采用层次分析法和响应面法优化新疆一枝蒿的提取工艺。方法在单因素优选的基础上结合响应面法对提取次数、溶剂倍数、提取时间3个主要因素进行考察,以木犀草素、芹菜素、一枝蒿酮酸的含量及出膏率为考察指标,层次分析法计算权重系数,通过综合评分优选新疆一枝蒿的提取工艺。结果新疆一枝蒿的提取工艺为:用10倍量60%乙醇加热回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优化的工艺提取条件简便,重现性良好,适用于新疆一枝蒿药材的提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Artemisia rupestris L.by analytic hierarchy process method and response surface methodology.Methods On the basis of univariate optimum seeking method combined with response surface methodology,the three main factors of extraction times,solvent multiples and extraction time were investigated.With the content and the extract rate of luteolin,apigenin and rupestonic acid as indexes,the weight coefficient was calculated by analytic hierarchy process method.Then the extraction process of rupestris was optimized by comprehensive score.Results The extraction process of rupestris was as follows:heated reflux extraction with 10 times of 60%ethanol for 3 times,1 hour each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction conditions were simple and reproducible,which was suitable for the extraction of Artemisia rupestris L..
