无阿片麻醉及其在妇科手术中的研究现状

Current research status of opioid-free anesthesia in gynecological surgery

随着非阿片药物和技术的进步,无阿片麻醉得以进一步完善和发展。妇科手术患者作为术后恶心呕吐及术后慢性疼痛的高危人群,限制阿片类药物使用可显著降低相关风险,但学界对无阿片麻醉的评价目前尚存争议。本文从无阿片麻醉的相关理论基础及其在妇科手术中的研究进展、实施方案、可行性、优缺点、现存争议等方面进行综述,为临床应用和开展进一步研究提供参考。

With the progress of non-opioid drugs and technologies,opioid-free anesthesia has been further improved and developed.Gynecological surgery patients as a high-risk group of postoperative nausea,vomiting,and chronic postoperative pain,restricting the use of opioids will significantly reduce related risks,but the opioid-free anesthesia is still controversial in academia.This review narrates the theoretical basis of opioid-free anesthesia and its research progress,implementation procedure,feasibility,advantages and disadvantages,and existing controversies in gynecological surgery,in order to provide references for clinical application and further study.
