复方中成药治疗不同证型慢性肝炎的组方规律研究

Study on Medication Rule of Compound Chinese Patent Medicine for Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis

目的研究慢性肝炎复方中成药的用药特点及组方规律。方法构建用于治疗慢性肝炎的中成药处方的规范化数据库,利用频次分析、关联规则分析、复杂网络等数据挖掘方法对主要的证型、中药加以分析。结果构建了含169个中成药处方的规范化数据库,涉及中医证候33类、中药362种。频次分析发现中成药治疗慢性肝炎以肝胆湿热证、气滞血瘀证、肝郁脾虚证为主要证型,中药性味以苦、寒、甘、温为主,主要归肝、脾经,使用频次较高的中药有茵陈、黄芪、丹参等,关联规则总结出主要药对13对,利用复杂网络筛选出了3个主要证型的核心处方,并将不同证型的核心处方加以比较,绘制了韦恩图。结论中成药治疗慢性肝炎的基本治法包括清热利湿、益气养血、理气活血等方面,其中核心治法为扶正祛瘀,还应重视清热利湿药物的选择,在此基础上依据证型病机特点选择相应的药物。

Objective To explore the characteristics and prescription rules of compound Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of chronic hepatitis.Methods A standardized database of Chinese patent medicine prescriptions for the treatment of chronic hepatitis was set up.The main syndrome types and medications were analyzed.The data mining methods such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and complex networks were used.Results A standardized database containing 169 prescriptions of proprietary Chinese medicines was constructed,involving 33 types of TCM syndromes and 362 types of TCM medicines.Through frequency analysis,it is found that the main syndrome types of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis are liver and gallbladder damp-heat syndrome,Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.The nature and flavor of Chinese drugs are mainly bitter,cold,sweet and warm,mainly attributed to liver and spleen meridians.Chinese drugs with higher frequency of use include Yinchen(Artemisiae Scopariae Herba),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Danshen(Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)and so on.The method of using association rules summarized 13 main drug pairs.The complex network analysis screened out the core prescriptions of 3 main syndrome types.The core prescriptions of different syndrome types were compared,and a Venn diagram was drawn based on the results.Conclusion The basic therapies for treating chronic hepatitis with Chinese patent medicine include clearing away heat and removing dampness,replenishing Qi and nourishing blood,regulating Qi and promoting blood circulation.The core treatment method is strengthening the body and removing blood stasis,and the attention should be paid to the choice of heat-clearing and damp-eliminating drugs.In addition,the appropriate drugs should be selected according to the characteristics of the syndrome types and pathogenesis.
