基于CiteSpace的中医药治疗肝癌知识图谱分析

Knowledge Map Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Liver Cancer Based on CiteSpace

目的探索了解中医药治疗肝癌的发展趋势及近年来的研究热点,为后续该领域的发展提供参考。方法检索CNKI中已发表的中医药治疗肝癌的文献(检索日期1992年1月1日-2021年12月28日)。该研究运用科学计量学工具CiteSpace 5.8.R2绘制中医药治疗肝癌的知识图谱,并对该领域核心作者群体、研究机构绘制合作网络,对文献关键词进行共现分析、绘制聚类图谱、时间线图谱。对所得数据进行合理推断分析。结果经检索筛选后纳入1040篇高质量文献,作者合作图谱绘制出多位作者及其合作团队;研究机构分析发现多个以兰州、成都、北京等老牌大学及附属医院为核心的单位及合作机构;关键词共现聚类网络由634个节点、770条线组成,研究热点是用药规律、微创治疗、综述等10个聚类。研究前沿及热点主要为运用数据挖掘的方式探寻名老中医用药规律、重新制定国内专家共识及中药在临床治疗中的疗效观察。结论从各种可视化图谱分析可知,国内该领域作者逐渐形成相对稳定的团队结构,研究机构很多新起之秀成果不可忽视,但各作者团队及区域间缺乏合作,相对独立。中医药治疗肝癌的研究趋势在于探索名老中医经验,完善方药作用机制及临床观察数据,形成系统的国内专家共识。

Objective To explore and understand the development trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver cancer and the research hotspots in recent years,so as to provide reference for the subsequent development of this field.Methods The published literatures on the treatment of liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI were searched(retrieved from January 1,1992 to December 28,2021).The study used scientometrics tools---CiteSpace 5.8.R2 to draw a knowledge map of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer and draw a cooperation network for the core author groups and research institutions in this field,and perform the co-occurrence analysis of literature keywords,draw a cluster map,and a timeline map.The data obtained was made the reasonable inferences.Results After searching and screening,1040 high-quality literatures were included.The author′s cooperation map drew a number of authors and their cooperative teams.The analysis of research institutions has found that there are many institutions and cooperative institutions with the core of Lanzhou,Chengdu,Beijing and other old universities and affiliated hospitals.The keyword co-occurrence clustering network consisted of 634 nodes and 770 lines,and the research hotspots were 10 clusters such as medication rule,minimally invasive treatment and review.The research frontiers and hotspots were mainly to use data mining to explore the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine,reformulate the consensus of domestic experts and observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical treatment.Conclusion From the analysis of various visual maps,it can be seen that domestic authors in this field have gradually formed a relatively stable team structure and many emerging achievements in research institutions cannot be ignored.The research trend of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver cancer is to explore the experience of famous and old Chinese medicine practitioners,improve the mechanism of action of prescriptions and clinical observation data,and form a systematic consensus among domestic experts.
