从脾虚湿蕴挟毒论治胃癌前病变

Treatment of Precancerous Lesions of Gastric Cancer from Spleen Deficiency,Dampness Accumulation and Toxin

胃癌在全球的发病率极高,严重威胁人们的生活和健康,因此对胃癌的预防成为了各医家关注的重点。胃癌前病变是胃癌二级预防的关键,现代医学对其治疗手段相对匮乏,而中医学治疗本病的优势较为显著。中医将其归为“胃痞”等范畴,认为脾虚是本病的发病基础,蕴湿生毒为标,形成本虚标实,虚实夹杂的基本病机。文章从“脾虚湿蕴挟毒”角度对胃癌前病变的病因病机进行论述,并提出“健脾利湿,清热解毒”的治疗原则,以期为中医药在胃癌前病变的治疗上提供思路。

The incidence of gastric cancer is extremely high in the world.It is a serious threat to people′s life and health,and so the prevention of gastric cancer has become the focus of doctors′attention.Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is the key to the secondary prevention of gastric cancer.Modern medicine is relatively lacking in its treatment methods,while traditional Chinese medicine has a significant advantage in the treatment of this disease.Traditional Chinese medicine classifies it as“stuffiness of stomach”and other categories,and it believes that the spleen deficiency is the root cause of the disease,and the symptoms are dampness and toxin,forming the basic pathogenesis of deficient root,excessive superficial and combination of both excess and deficiency syndromes.This paper discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of gastric precancerous lesions from the point of view of“spleen deficiency,dampness accumulation and toxin”,and put forward the treatment principle of“invigorating spleen and removing dampness,clearing heat and detoxicating”,in order to provide ideas for the treatment of gastric precancerous lesions with traditional Chinese medicine.
