常规西药联合养血清脑颗粒在脑动脉硬化症患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Conventional Western Medicine Combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granule(养血清脑颗粒)in Patients with Cerebral Arteriosclerosis

目的分析常规西药联合养血清脑颗粒在脑动脉硬化症患者中的应用效果。方法取2020年4月-2021年4月收治的82例脑动脉硬化症患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各41例。其中对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合养血清脑颗粒治疗,两组均连续治疗1个月。将两组的血脂水平、凝血状态、血清学指标、中医症状有效率进行对比。结果治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平明显低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的血小板聚集率(PAR)、血液黏度(CP)、纤维蛋白(FIB)水平明显降低(P<0.05);相比于对照组,观察组的血管紧张素酶Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)水平明显降低(P<0.05);观察组的中医症状有效率(95.02%,39/41)较对照组(78.05%,32/41)高(P<0.05)。结论给予脑动脉硬化症患者常规西药联合养血清脑颗粒治疗,明显改善了其血脂指标、血流动力学指标,辅助提高了预后效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of conventional western medicine combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granule(养血清脑颗粒)in patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis.Methods Eighty-two patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group was treated with Yangxue Qingnao Granule on the basis of the control group.The blood lipid levels,coagulation status,serological indicators and TCM symptom efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG)and low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C)of the observation group were significantly lower and the level of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The platelet aggregation rate(PAR),blood viscosity(CP)and fibrin level(FIB)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The angiotensinaseⅡ(Ang-Ⅱ)level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of TCM symptoms in the observation group(95.02%,39/41)was higher than that of the control group(78.05%,32/41)(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with cerebral arteriosclerosis with conventional western medicine combined with Yangxue Qingnao Granule significantly improved the blood lipids and hemodynamics,and assisted in improving the prognosis.
