桂枝汤加减联合抗生素治疗对学龄前肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿疗效的影响观察

Curative Effect of Modified Guizhi decoction(桂枝汤加减)Combined with Antibiotic Therapy on Preschool Children with Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

目的探究桂枝汤加减联合抗生素治疗对学龄前肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿疗效的影响。方法选择该院2021年1月-2022年7月收治的87例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿,按随机数字表法将其设为两组,对照组(43例)接受抗生素治疗,观察组(44例)在对照组基础上联合桂枝汤加减治疗。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、肠系淋巴结双径、不良反应及血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平。结果观察组疗效为95.45%(42/44),比对照组79.07%(34/43)高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各中医证候积分均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肠系淋巴结长、短径均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血清PCT、CRP水平均比对照组低(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论桂枝汤加减联合抗生素治疗学龄前肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿疗效确切,抑炎作用显著,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Modified Guizhi Decoction(桂枝汤加减)combined with antibiotic therapy on preschool children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods A total of 87 children with mesenteric lymphadenitis admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected.They were divided into two groups by random number table method.Patients(43 cases)in the control group were given antibiotic therapy and those(44 cases)in the observation group were treated with Modified Guizhi Decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,double diameters of intestinal lymph nodes,adverse reactions,the levels of serum procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Results The response rate in the observation group(95.45%,42/44)was higher than that in the control group(79.07%,34/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,long and short diameters of intestinal lymph nodes,levels of serum PCT and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Guizhi Decoction combined with antibiotic therapy is effective in the treatment of preschool children with mesenteric lymphadenitis,with significant antiinflammatory effect and high safety.
