加味补中益气汤联合温针灸治疗气血两虚型骶髂关节炎疗效观察

Effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(加味补中益气汤)and Warm Acupuncture in Treatment of Deficiency of Qi and Blood Type of Sacroiliac Arthritis

目的探讨加味补中益气汤联合温针灸治疗气血两虚型骶髂关节炎的临床疗效。方法将68例骶髂关节炎患者通过电脑随机对照分组的方法分成试验组34例,对照组34例,试验组采用加味补中益气汤口服配合温针灸外治联合治疗,对照组单纯采用温针灸治疗,2个疗程结束后比较两组的疼痛分级指数(PRI)、视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)及疗效。结果试验组总有效率为73.5%(25/34),对照组总有效率为50%(17/34),试验组优于对照组,两组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分及PRI评分治疗后同治疗前对比均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);VAS评分及PRI评分治疗后进行组间对比,试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味补中益气汤联合温针灸疗法是治疗骶髂关节炎的一种效果确切的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(加味补中益气汤)and warm acupuncture in the treatment of deficiency of Qi and blood type of sacroiliac arthritis.Methods Sixty-eight patients with sacroiliac arthritis were divided into the test group and control group with the computer randomized method,34 cases in each group.The test group was treated with Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction orally combined with warm acupuncture,while the control group was treated with warm acupuncture alone.After two courses of treatment,the pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue pain scale(VAS)and efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the test group was 73.5%(25/34)and that of the control group was 50%(17/34).The total effective rate of the test group was superior to that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and PRI score decreased significantly after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and PRI score were compared between the groups and the scores of the test group were superior to those of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and warm acupuncture is an effective treatment for sacroiliac arthritis.
