藤黄健骨胶囊联合针灸治疗颈椎病神经根型(肝肾亏虚型)临床观察

Observation of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules(藤黄健骨胶囊)Combined with Acupuncture in Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(Deficiency of Liver and Kidney Type)

目的探讨藤黄健骨胶囊联合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病(肝肾亏虚型)的效果。方法100例患者分为对照组及观察组各50例,对照组予西药+针灸治疗,观察组加用藤黄健骨胶囊,2周为1个疗程。比较两组疗效,分别采用VAS和量表评价疼痛和颈椎功能,检测血浆氧化应激指标MDA、SOD、GSH。结果观察组有效率为92.0%(46/50),高于对照组的74.0%(37/50)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分和血浆MDA含量降低,CASCS评分和SOD活性升高(P<0.05);组间相比,观察组VAS评分、MDA含量较低,CASCS评分和SOD活性较高(P<0.05)。结论藤黄健骨胶囊联合针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病(肝肾亏虚型)效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules(藤黄健骨胶囊)combined with acupuncture for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(deficiency of liver and kidney type).Methods A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and study group(50 cases).The control group received western medicines and acupuncture and the study group took Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules additionally.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effects was compared.The visual analogue score(VAS)score and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylosis(CASCS)score were used to evaluate the pain and cervical function.The plasma levels of malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)were determined.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92.0%(46/50),higher than that(74.0%,37/50)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS score and level of plasma MDA decreased.CASCS score and SOD activity increased in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the VAS score and level of plasma MDA decreased greatly.CASCS score and SOD activity increased greatly in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tenghuang Jiangu Capsules combined with acupuncture is effective for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(deficiency of liver and kidney type),and is worthy of widely clinical use.
