扎冲十三味丸辅助治疗带状疱疹神经痛86例

Adjuvant Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia with Zhachong Shisanwei Pills(扎冲十三味丸):A Report of 86 Cases

目的探究扎冲十三味丸辅助治疗带状疱疹神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法纳入2020年1月-2021年6月该院就诊的86例PHN患者,根据治疗用药不同将其设为两组,对照组(43例)给予常规西医治疗,观察组(43例)在此基础上给予扎冲十三味丸辅助治疗。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛情况[视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)]、生活质量[皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI评分)]及血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、缓激肽、前列腺素E2(PGE2)水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.02%(40/43),比对照组74.42%(32/43)高(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分、VAS评分均比治疗前低,DLQI评分比治疗前高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后TNF-α、IL-6均比治疗前低,IL-2比治疗前高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后缓激肽、PGE2均比治疗前低,且观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论扎冲十三味丸辅助治疗带状疱疹神经痛可明显减轻患者疼痛,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Zhachong Shisanwei Pills(扎冲十三味丸)in adjuvant treatment of postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods A total of 86 patients with PHN admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases)by different therapeutic drugs,treated with conventional western medicine and conventional western medicine combined with Zhachong Shisanwei Pills,respectively.The curative effect,TCM syndrome scores,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,quality of life[dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score],the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),bradykinin and prostaglandin E2(PGE2)were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment response rate in the observation group(93.02%,40/43)was higher than that in the control group(74.42%,40/43)(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and VAS scores were reduced,and DLQI scores were increased in the two groups.The above scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 were reduced,and IL-2 was increased in the two groups.The levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bradykinin and PGE2 were reduced in the two groups,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhachong Shisanwei Pills can significantly reduce the pain in patients with PHN and improve the clinical treatment effect.
