“五联一体”综合康复方案对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能恢复的影响

Effect of the“Five-in-One”Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program on the Recovery of Neurological Function in Patients Recovering from Cerebral Infarction

目的观察“五联一体”综合康复方案对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年11月—2021年11月观察组(陕西省中医医院)、对照组(陕西中医药大学附属医院)脑梗死恢复期患者120例,每组患者数为60例,两组患者入院后均给予脑血管病内科基础治疗;对照组在基础治疗上,给予常规康复治疗,1次/d,共治疗3个月;观察组在基础治疗上,给予“五联一体”综合方案,1次/d,共治疗3个月。通过比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、改良Rankin量表、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、Barthel指数(BI)、脑卒中专用生活质量量表(SS-QOL)、中风病证候要素诊断量表的变化,评价“五联一体”综合康复方案对脑梗死恢复期患者神经功能恢复的影响。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Rankin评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Barthel评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),SS-QOL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),证候要素诊断量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死恢复期患者采取“五联一体”综合方案进行治疗能够有效提升治疗效果,改善神经功能,提升患者的日常活动能力和生存质量,疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of the“five-in-one”comprehensive rehabilitation program on the recovery of nerve function in patients recovering from cerebral infarction.Methods From November 2020 to November 2021,120 patients in the observation group(Shaanxi provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine)and the control group(affiliated hospital of Shaanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine)were selected,with a total of 60 patients in each group,and both groups were given basic treatment in the department of cerebrovascular disease after admission;the control group was given conventional rehabilitation treatment for 1 time/day for a total of 3 months in basic treatment;the observation group was given a comprehensive plan of“five-in-one”for 1 time/day for a total of 3 months in basic treatment.The effect of the“five-in-one”comprehensive rehabilitation program on the recovery of nerve function in patients recovering from cerebral infarction was evaluated by comparing the changes in the neurological deficit score(NIHSS),modified Rankin scale,daily living energy scale(ADL),Barthel index(BI),stroke-specific quality of life scale(SS-QOL),and stroke syndrome factor diagnostic scale between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the Rankin score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the ADL score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the Barthel score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the SS-QOL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the diagnostic scale score of the symptom factors of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients recovering from cerebral infarction by the“five-in-one”comprehensive scheme can effectively improve the treatment effect,improve nerve function,improve the patients'daily activity ability and quality of life,and the effect is remarkable.
