温滋解毒法辨治晚期肠癌肝转移经验

Experience of Warming and Nourishing Method for Relieving Toxin in Treatment of Liver Metastasis of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

国医大师周仲瑛教授创新性提出癌毒病机理论,创立了消癌解毒法。晚期恶性肿瘤是病机复杂的综合性疾病,施以常法收效颇微,临床基于消癌解毒法,运用复法大方温滋同用、阴阳并调、攻补皆施、标本兼顾,取得较好疗效。文章介绍吾师以温滋解毒法治疗晚期大肠癌肝转移的辨证思路,并附验案一则,观察基于癌毒病机理论运用复法大方治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的有效性,为提高晚期恶性肿瘤患者的生活质量、缓解其痛苦提供一些临床经验。

Professor ZHOU Zhongying,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,creatively put forward the pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin and established eliminating tumor and relieving toxin method.Advanced malignant tumor is a comprehensive disease with complex pathogenesis,and the application of normal methods has little effect.Clinically,based on eliminating tumor and relieving toxin method,it has achieved good curative effect by using prescriptions based on compound methods which can warm Yang and nourish Yin,simultaneous regulate Yin and Yang,both attack and supplement,and have obtained good effect.This paper introduced the tutor's syndrome differentiation idea of warming and nourishing method for relieving toxin in the treatment of liver metastasis of advanced colorectal cancer,and attached an experimental case.It observed the effectiveness of complex decoction in the treatment of advanced malignant tumor based on the pathogenesis theory of cancerous toxin,and provided some clinical experience for improving the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant tumor and relieving their pain.
