基于五脏生克制化探讨温经汤的病机及组方思路

Discussion on Pathogenesis and Prescription of Wenjing Decoction(温经汤)from Perspective of Restraint of Five Zang-organs

目的基于五脏生克制化探讨温经汤证病机及温经汤组方思路。方法通过古籍挖掘、文献研究阐述五脏生克制化的核心思想,并以之探讨温经汤证病机及温经汤组方思路。结果从五脏生克制化角度分析,温经汤证主要病机为“肾阳虚寒,脾胃不足,肝木郁滞”,基本组方思路是“温肾,益脾,疏肝”。结论五脏生克制化理论可以全面诠释温经汤证病机及温经汤组方思路,揭示仲景学术思想。通过五脏生克制化解读经方是经方研究的有效模式。

Objective To discuss the pathogenesis of Wenjing Decoction(温经汤)based on the inhibition of five Zang-organs and the formulation of Wenjing Decoction.Methods Through the excavation of ancient books and literature research,this paper expounded the core idea of the restraint of the five Zang-organs and discussed the pathogenesis of the syndrome treated with Wenjing Decoction and the thinking of formulation.Results From the perspective of restraint of the five Zang-organs,the main pathogenesis of Wenjing Decoction is"deficiency of kidney Yang,deficiency of spleen and stomach,stagnation of liver wood",and the basic formula is"warming kidney,benefiting spleen and soothing liver".Conclusion The theory of the restraint of the five Zang-organs can fully explain the pathogenesis of Wenjing Decoction and the thinking of formulation and reveal Zhongjings academic thought.It is an effective model for the study of classics to interpret classics through the restraint of the five Zang-organs.
