Clinical Effect of Holistic Treatment for Sports Soft - tissue Injury of Shoulder Joint

目的 通过对羽毛球运动所致肩部软组织损伤行整体与局部治疗,分析整体治疗与局部治疗近期及远期临床疗效,从而为相关病症患者提供更为有效的临床治疗方案。方法 随机将患者分为A、B两组,A组行“肩关节局部治疗”,B组行“肩关节整体治疗”,并对VAS评分、CMS评分等指标进行统计分析。结果 两组内VAS评分及CMS评分治疗有统计学意义(P<0.05),VAS评分于治疗3个周期后两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)、随访6个月后差异显著(P<0.05):A组均值高于B组;CMS评分治疗3个周期后、随访6个月后两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05):B组均值高于A组。结论 对于羽毛球运动所致肩部软组织损伤患者,肩关节整体治疗疗效更显著、持久,无不良反应,操作方便,可推广于临床。

Objective The holistic treatment and local treatment were carried out for the patients with soft-tissue injury of shoulder joint of badminton enthusiast.To analyze the short-term and long-term clinical efficacy of the holistic treatment and local treatment,so as to provide a more effective clinical treatment plan for the treatment of sports soft-tissue injury of shoulder joint.Methods The patients with sports soft-tissue injury of shoulder joint were randomly divided into group A and group B.Patients in group A were treated with“local treatment”,while patients in group B were treated with“holistic treatment”,and then statistical analysis was performed on visual analogue scale(VAS)score,CMS score and other indicators.Results VAS score and CMS score of patients in the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).After 3 cycles of treatment,there was no statistical difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Medical follow-up for 6 months,there was a significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P<0.05).That is,the average VAS score of group A was higher than that of group B.After 3 cycles of treatment and 6 months of follow-up,the CMS scores of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),that is,the average CMS score of group B was higher than that of group A.Conclusion For patients with soft-tissue injury of shoulder joint of badminton enthusiast not only has significant and lasting medical effect,but also the treatment has no side effects and is easy to operate.In conclusion,the holistic treatment for the patients with sports soft-tissue injury of shoulder joint can be promoted in clinic.
