康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯现状及其影响因素

Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Self-compassion in Patients with Stroke During Rehabilitation

目的 探讨康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 选取2020年6月至2022年6月在河南大学第一附属医院老年病科接受治疗的202例康复期脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、脑卒中健康信念量表、脑卒中患者病耻感量表、自我怜悯量表对其进行调查。结果 202例康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯得分为(75.39±6.84)分,不同受教育程度、家庭人均月收入、功能障碍情况、脑卒中发作次数在康复期脑卒中患者其自我怜悯的得分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯总分与病耻感总分呈负相关(r=-0.586,P<0.001),与健康信念总分呈正相关(r=0.597,P<0.001),病耻感总分与健康信念总分呈负相关(r=-0.450,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,受教育程度、功能障碍情况、病耻感、健康信念是康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯处于较低水平,康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯、病耻感、健康信念之间存在相关性,受教育程度、功能障碍情况、病耻感、健康信念是康复期脑卒中患者自我怜悯的重要影响因素。

Objective To investigate the status quo of self-compassion in patients with stroke during rehabilitation and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 202 patients with stroke in rehabilitation period who were treated in the Gerontology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The general situation questionnaire,stroke health belief scale,stroke stigma scale and Chinese version of revised social self-compassion scale were used to investigate them.Results The self-compassion score of 202 patients with stroke in rehabilitation period was(75.39±6.84)points,and there were significant differences in the scores of self-compassion among stroke patients in rehabilitation period with different education levels,per capita monthly income of families,dysfunction,and the number of stroke attacks(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of self-compassion was negatively correlated with the total score of SSS(r=-0.586,P<0.001),positively correlated with the total score of health belief(r=0.597,P<0.001),and the total stigma score was negatively correlated with the health belief(r=-0.450,P<0.001).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,dysfunction,sense of shame and health belief were the influencing factors of self-compassion in stroke patients during rehabilitation(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-compassion of stroke patients in rehabilitation period is at a low level.There is a correlation between self-pity,shame and health belief of stroke patients in rehabilitation period.Education level,dysfunction,sense of shame and health belief are the influencing factors of self-pity of stroke patients in rehabilitation period.
