参芪扶正注射液辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection as an Adjuvant Treatment for Chronic Heart Failure

目的 探讨参芪扶正注射液联合基础性治疗对慢性心力衰竭患者的应用效果。方法 选取平顶山市第一人民医院2021年4月至2022年10月收治的90例慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用参芪扶正注射液,连续治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血流动力学指标、心功能指标、血清因子以及不良反应发生率。结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后两组中医证候积分、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、胱抑素C(CysC)水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后心排血量、心排血指数、每搏输出量、每博指数、左室射血分数(LVEF)升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 参芪扶正注射液联合基础性治疗可有效缓解慢性心力衰竭患者临床症状,改善血流动力学水平和心功能,减轻机体炎症反应,疗效确切其安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with basic therapy in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Ninety patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Pingdingshan from April 2021 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was additionally given Shenqi Fuzheng injection on the basis of control group,the treatment continued for 2 weeks.The TCM syndrome score,hemodynamic indexes,cardiac function indexes,serum factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV),serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cystatin C(CysC)levels in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the cardiac output,cardiac output index,stroke output,stroke index and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with basic treatment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure,improve the level of hemodynamics and cardiac function,and reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body.It is effective and safe.
