基于微信平台的运动康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者居家康复中的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Exercise Training Based on WeChat Platform in the Home Rehabilitation of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的评价基于微信平台的运动康复训练在脑卒中偏瘫患者居家康复中的干预效果。方法选择许昌市中心医院2021年4月至2022年4月收治的90例居家康复脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(45例)和对照组(45例)。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受常规护理联合基于微信平台的运动康复训练干预。比较两组患者总满意度,评估两组干预前后生活质量评分及上下肢运动功能。结果干预前,两组上下肢运动功能、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者的上下肢功能评分、生活质量评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组的77.78%相比,观察组的护理总满意度(95.56%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者经基于微信平台的运动康复疗法干预后,患者的居家康复效果好,生活质量高,上下肢功能恢复效果好,护理满意度佳。

Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of exercise training based on WeChat platform in the home rehabilitation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,the home rehabilitation stroke hemiplegia patients(90 cases)admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into the observation group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The control group performed the routine nursing intervention,and the observation group applied the routine nursing and exercise rehabilitation training intervention based on WeChat platform.The total nursing satisfaction of the two groups was evaluated,and the quality of life score and upper and lower limb motor function were evaluated before and after the intervention.Results Before the intervention,there were no differences in the upper and lower limb motor function and quality of life scores between the groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the upper and lower limb function scores and quality of life scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 77.78%in the control group,the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.56%)was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the intervention of exercise rehabilitation therapy on WeChat platform,the patients have good home rehabilitation effect,high quality of life,good recovery effect of upper and lower limb function,and good nursing satisfaction.
