摘要
三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是乳腺癌的一种特殊亚型,占乳腺癌的15%~20%,具有高度异质性。不同于其他亚型乳腺癌,TNBC具有独特的肿瘤免疫微环境,包括高水平的肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)。近年来的研究表明,TAMs参与了TNBC从发生、发展到转移的全过程,并可能作为预测预后的潜在生物标志物。本文就TAMs在TNBC中的研究进展及其在治疗评估中的作用进行综述。
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a special subtype of breast cancer,which accounts for 15%-20%of breast cancers and is highly heterogeneous.TNBC features a unique microenvironment distinct from other breast cancer subtypes,including a high level of tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs).Recent studies demonstrate that TAMs participate in the process of TNBC from occurrence to metastasis,and may serve as potential biomarkers for prognosis prediction.In this article,the progression of TAMs in TNBC and its role in treatment evaluation are reviewed.
