沙库巴曲缬沙坦在心力衰竭合并慢性肾脏病中的研究进展

Research Progress of Saccubatrovalsartan in Heart Failure Complicated with Chronic Kidney Disease

心力衰竭是一种临床综合征,其发病率及病死率均较高,特别是在合并慢性肾脏病的治疗具有挑战性。沙库巴曲缬沙坦作为心力衰竭治疗指南的推荐药物,在治疗射血分数下降型心力衰竭中为Ⅰ类推荐,也广泛用于各型心力衰竭患者的抗心力衰竭治疗。随着对沙库巴曲缬沙坦研究的不断深入,发现其在心力衰竭合并慢性肾脏病的治疗中疗效显著,因此,本文就沙库巴曲缬沙坦对心力衰竭合并慢性肾脏病的治疗进展做一综述。

Heart failure is a clinical syndrome with high morbidity and mortality,which is challenging in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.As a recommended drug in the treatment guidelines for heart failure,sacubartrusartan is a categoryⅠrecommendation in the treatment of heart failure with decreased ejection fraction,and is also widely used in the anti-heart failure treatment of patients with various types of heart failure.With the continuous research on the treatment of heart failure complicated with chronic kidney disease,the efficacy of sacubartrusartan in kidney protection has been affirmed.Therefore,this article reviews the treatment progress of sacubartrusartan in heart failure complicated with chronic kidney disease.
