帕金森病患者性功能障碍及治疗的研究进展

帕金森病是常见的神经系统疾病,会对人体多方面的机能产生影响。性功能障碍在帕金森病患者中普遍存在,包括男性勃起功能障碍和射精障碍等问题。女性患者更多表现为性高潮障碍、性欲减退和性唤起障碍等症状。帕金森病患者常出现运动和非运动症状,这些症状都可能对性功能产生负面影响。而性欲亢进与帕金森病的治疗相关。针对帕金森病患者的性功能障碍,需要采取有效的治疗措施,遵循个体化原则,根据患者的具体情况作出最适合的治疗方案。本文就帕金森病患者性功能障碍及治疗的研究进展进行综述。

Parkinson's disease is a common neurological disease that affects many functions of the human body.Sexual dysfunction is common in people with Parkinson's disease and includes problems such as erectile dysfunction and ejaculation disorders in men.Female patients are more likely to show symptoms such as orgasmic disorders,decreased libido and sexual arousal disorders.Parkinson's disease patients often experience both motor and non-motor symptoms,which can negatively affect sexual function.Hy persexuality has been linked to treatment of Parkinson's disease.For sexual dysfunction of Parkinson's disease patients,it is necessary to take effective treatment measures,follow the principle of individuation,and make the most suitable treatment plan according to the specifie situation of patients.This article reviews the research progress of sexual dysfunction and treatment in patients with Parkinson's disease.
