从心脾论治高龄女性不孕症

Treatment of infertility in advanced age women from viewpoint of Heart and Spleen

高龄不孕发病率越来越高,已成为重要的社会问题。高龄女性难以受孕,且孕后胎停育流产的风险增加。西医往往根据检查结果对症治疗,但临床效果欠佳,既往中医学针对此病多以补肾为主。本文结合《黄帝内经》条文认为五七之数女性以阳明脉衰、气血不足为其生理特征,据此认为应以调养心脾、补益气血为治疗原则,并应用于临床,效果显著。

The increasing incidence of inferility in the elderly has become an important social problem.Advanced age women not only have trouble conceiving,but also have an increased risk of abortion.Western medicine often treats symptomatically based on the examination results,but the clinical effect is not good.Traditional Chinese medicine used to focus on this syndrome and mainly used to invigorate the Kidney.Based on Huangdi Nejing,this paper holds that the physiological characteristics of women with the number of Wuqi are the failure of Yangming pulse and the deficiency of Qi and Blood.Therefore,it is believed that the treatment principle should be to nourish the Heart and Spleen and replenish Qi and Blood.Applied in clinical practice,the effect is remarkable.
