复方甘草酸苷片联合rb-bFGF治疗激素依赖性皮炎的效果

Effects of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with rb-bFGF on hormone dependent dermatitis

目的:探讨复方甘草酸苷片(CG)与重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)联用治疗激素依赖性皮炎(HDD)的临床效果。方法:选取60例HDD患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组给予rb-BFGF治疗,观察组加用CG治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组表皮皮脂含量、皮肤弹性、角质层含水量高于对照组,经皮水分丢失低于对照组,自觉症状、客观体征评分、皮肤病生活质量量表(DLQI)评分均低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CG联合rb-bFGF能增强HDD治疗效果,改善皮肤状态。

objective:To investigate the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets(CG)combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF)on hormone dependent dermatitis(HDD).Methods:60 patients with HDD were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with rb-BFGF and the observation group were treated with CG.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group.And there was significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the content of sebum,skin elasticity,cuticle water content of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the amount of percutaneous water loss was significantly lower than that of control group,and the subjective symptom score,objective signs,and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scores were lower than those in the control group.And there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:CG combined with rbbFGF can enhance the therapeutic effect of HDD and improve the skin condition.
