Vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)is a common disease in women of reproductive age,It is mainly characterized by pruritus and discomfort of vulva and changes of leucorrhea characters.The disease has a long course and a high recurrence rate,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.TCM treatment of VVC has the advantages of reliable curative effect,short course of treatment and fewer side effects.In order to provide ideas and basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,this paper summarizes the discussion of the ancient and modern name of the disease and the mechanism of the disease,the effect of the modern treatment of the disease and other relevant contents.
